Neuroendocrine Cancer is very rare, with only 12,000 people diagnosed worldwide each year. As an Irish High Achiever, this is the challenge I chose to face. Unfortunately, there is very little research available for it. However, two hospitals, MD Anderson in Texas and the University of Miami in Dade, are known for their advanced prototyping in cancer treatment.
